If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns (Canada Only) within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. This is only valid for online purchases* Items purchased in-store that are regular priced are only valid for store-credit or exchange.
For U.S. and International returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

- We are not responsible for any damaged or lost items during the transit of the return. All returns must be shipped with tracking.
- For International and U.S. returns, the items must be marked as "RETURNED GOODS" if they are not marked, we will incur duties which will deducted from your total returned amount.
